What is the process of a portrait shoot?

My aim as a photographer is to give you strong and stylish images full of emotions. For that purpose we can use an outdoor location for a natural feel and to let kids express themselves or a studio for a more fashion orientated portrait.

Whatever location we choose,  I like to style the photos and usually will work on the post-processing to give a beautiful finish to the image, colour or Black and White as you prefer.

The process for a photoshoot is usually the following:

  • First we will have a chat on the phone to find out what is it you are looking for: images for the wall, album, portfolio for an agency... we can fix a date and think about clothes, style and location;
  • Then we will enjoy a photoshoot together;
  • Around one week after the photoshoot, we would meet again for a viewing at your place or mine. Then we can choose the best way to present your favourite images: frame, acrylic, canvas, in single piece, collections or albums.
  • The pricing starts at around £120 for the sitting  and clients would mainly choose collections or multiframe.

What is the pricing for commercial photography?

Our commercial costs are based on the amount of time spent : photoshoot, travelling, retouching as well as with licence fees for reproduction.

The starting price is 320 pounds for half a day plus 25 pounds an hour for retouching.

Do you have any qualifications, insurance?
