Sandrine Aim

Sandrine Aim  was born and grew up in Paris. She is now a fine art photographer living in London.

After studying mathematics at a French university, she worked for 10 years in  the corporate world in Paris while travelling extensively around the world in her personal time. After a long health scare with one of her children, she felt that she had to change directions, and that it became a necessity for her to explore a creative path.

She passed her professional photographer course at the London School of Photography where she graduated in September 2012 and began building her portfolio as a photographer.

She participated in 3 group exhibitions: Chorak Cafe in  2011, Lsp at Blackhall studios in 2012 and “Ecclectic” at the RPS in Greenwich in 2013.

In December 2016, she joined  the "Tripod Group" where a group of photographers meet fortnightly at Photofusion  to develop a new project. That allowed her to start working more intensively on her series "Keep out: organism".

She started in September 2017 the  2 years long Fine Art Course at City Lit as all mediums are feeding her creativity.

She is  currently working on series "Big bang in my head" representing her emotional view of the  chaotic  world and she has been invited to share her work on the photographic platform Lensculture.
